EXPERTISE: Material Science, Advanced Semiconductor Technologies
Jinning received her B.S. degree in Physics from Wuhan University, China and her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Materials Science from the University of Florida. She is currently a senior engineer at one of the world's largest chip makers which is also a multinational computer technology and consulting corporation in the United States. She was a principal engineer at Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates, Inc. (VSEA) - one of the major U.S. semiconductor equipment companies - where she developed advanced semiconductor doping technologies, process and device simulations and company marketing collaterals. Prior to VSEA, she worked as a member of technical staff at Lucent Bell Laboratories where she participated in developing and modeling metro optical communication network systems. She has more than twenty journal and conference publications and five patents. She is an active member of Tau Beta Pi, MRS and IEEE.
